had issues with Sleep Apnea, and he informed me of all the risks of the surgery and it was a success. He always spends the time needed to understand what's going on, and works with you to find a solution.

I took my mom in for an ear infection. Doctor doesn't spend more than 2 min in the room and doesn't explain what is going on at all. Prescribed antibiotics for 10 days & it didn't work. Went in for the second time and got 10 day prescription for another antibiotics. Infection's still not treated. Now I'm worried she might be resistant to some medication. I'm taking her to a different doctor who will hopefully offer better treatment/service. Total waste of money & time.

Would rate him easily one of the worst doctors doctor I've had to date, which considering how many I've been to says a lot.
Doc had none of my information, medications or anything when I went in. Surprised he even knew my name to be honest. Very dismissive and condescending, oh I didn't point to the exact spot I'm having the issue.. okay doc let me just shove my fist down my throat and point out exactly where the issue is.
Doc looked at my throat and nose for like 5 seconds and said nothing was wrong but it could be reflux. Um... Maybe if you actually had my file in front of you..you would see my reflux was completely under controll and wouldn't contribute to the feeling of a swollen throat..you know.. just saying.
Did a test and doc said it was fine and I need to see a gastro. Last I checked snoring, trouble swallowing and enlarged masses in the throat were your area doc... Gastros are a little lower down.
Will be looking for another ent. If a doc is under 3 stars there is probably a very good reason for it.
