I switched to this pharmacy when I moved to Florence. I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and caring over the phone and in person. I am happy with switching to this pharmacy from my previous. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work and dedication in taking care of their customers. 😊

The pharmacist always comes out to the counter and talks to me about my meds and what I need to monitor while on them. I really like that. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I am forced to use Kroger by my insurance company and this pharmacy is horrible! I agree with another reviewer that at the drive through they are letting people wait for their prescriptions! It should be a quick trip through but that never happens. They have untrained techs that create multiple trips back to the pharmacy because they don’t pay attention and could care less if they cause problems with your medications. My refills are supposed to be “auto orders “ but they had the nerve to tell me that I need to make sure they get refills!! It’s a joke with this place and if I could use another pharmacy I would definitely do it.
