i was doing a doordash order and had trouble locating things and, a worker that goes by donna was absolutely outstanding helping me out, we located everything very quickly i very much enjoyed conversing with her as well she is such a great worker and goes above and beyond to do her job well, if you see this donna thanks very much appreciate you and best of wishes to you -john

Unacceptable phone times. I called to fill a prescription while leaving Amherst Ma, on my 45 min drive to the CT pharmacy I was put on hold multiple times, I wasn’t given an associates name because they answered and said “please hold” multiple times eventually I was hung up on and had to call back. I come from a customer service job my self know how stressful and difficult times are, phone conversations are a lesson everyone in any field of work should have and this Walgreens does not have it. I will be rating 1 star on this location and calling everyday until management steps up and corrects and teaches the valuable and efficient lessons to these technicians. For anyone who would like to contact me I am willing to train these technicians for free for the benefit of all mankind and CT citizens.
