Had arrived 20 minutes early to a scheduled appointment to have my new tire that had taken weeks to have shipped in already put on. Come to the desk and at first the helper asks if I was the person who was ordered tires online. After saying yes... she proceed to tell me that Walmart didn’t receive the tires in, granted I only ordered one tire and had confirmation from email it was received. So two lies at once... then after going to check and see if it was in the back, ohh magically there was the one tire that I ordered under my name. Then after confirming what I already knew, proceeds to tell me they have new hours and close in 15 minutes so that my scheduled appointment that I was allowed to do was not being upheld. I could come in anytime I could in the future, just not the scheduled time that I had agreed to in the beginning and as well I don’t think I ever agreed to being lied straight to my face. Horrible service and experience all together.... would never recommend this unless you have NO OTHER OPTION.

Darrel was amazing in his customer service and how quick he was to get me taken care of. He does his job right, and that's why I will keep coming back to get my car done. Thanks again Darrel and crew!
