The staff is very professional and friendly. I did sit in the waiting area a while is the reason I didn't give 5 star rating. If you have an appointment that's when you should be seen, not 45 minutes later. My time is just as valuable as theirs. The Dr is great! He explains things at my level of knowledge, not down to me. So the visit was great for the most part. I trust them with my vision, so that's saying a lot!

My wife and I needed to switch eye care providers due to our former doctor retiring.
Piedmont Eye Center provided excellent care.
They were friendly but still professional; efficient but not rushed; thorough and yet practical.
We were treated like long-time clients, not just another number.

Everyone was so nice and polite.
It was very relaxing and the surgery went extremely well. I had surgery
on the right eye. I'm very pleased. I will be seeing everyone again on the 30th to have surgery on the left eye.

I am very pleased with my cataract surgery and with Dr. Moss and his staff.
He explained the procedure before the surgery which I appreciated. What a
difference in my vision, everything is so bright and colorful. I had no idea of the difference this surgery would make. Don't know yet if I will still need to wear glasses ( kind of hopeing I will ) I miss my glasses. Don't like the way I
look without them.

I had another great experience with Dr. Bowers and his crew. They are friendly, professional and efficient. All of them explained what they were doing while doing "it" and I never felt rushed but I didn't have to wait either. I'm always pleased with the care I get there.
