I arrived early for my exam. I went into the Pearle Vision area and an associate asked me how she.could help. She pointed me in the right direction. I chose my frames I gave her my info and then had my appointment with the doctor. After the exam, it was just a few minutes to finish with the associate and I was on my way. A wonderful experience!

At first I was very happy with their service. I have gone to Pearl vision for years. However, recently I had to upgrade my glasses from reading to progressive. When my glasses were being made I was never given the option to get a protective glare coating on it. Now my glasses are useless, and they want to charge me 65 to 100 dollars to get them redone. Can't afford that. Now what?

Terrible customer service in eye doctor. Don’t ever cancel your apt because your sick at home during covid. The ladies at the front desk in the doctors office are very rude yelling on the phone. I have been going there for 5 years and she won’t let dr Brandt know I called. I had an apt at after work and they said it was earlier said I will not give you another apt because I cancelled too many times. Why would I make an apt when I work at that time?? And I called the day before to ask fir an earlier one and asked if I would enough time to get to my another at at 4:15 she said it takes twenty min. Someone’s lying!
