Disappointed. A friend recommended Insight Eyecare. The initial appointment went well - the doctor appeared to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Based upon his findings, he recommended that I come back for a glaucoma test, which I did. It has now been over a month and I still have no results. I’ve followed up three times now. The first time I was told someone would get back to me with the results, the second time I was told that I needed to take the test again as the doctor was unable to read the results. I took the test again and still no results two weeks later. I called today and was told the test hasn’t been read yet so there are no results yet, and that I’ll receive a call after they are read, but doesn’t know when it will be. ???

I used one star because you cannot use no stars. Make sure you ask all the questions. They sold me a pair of reading glasses for hundreds of dollars. Never at any time did they say these were just reading glasses. When I returned them I was only partially refunded. Just absolutely horrible experience
