I was referred by the endocrinologist to him just so that I could ask him if it was safe to take a medicine. I waited a whole month for the appointment and he didn’t even bother to look at the medical file.

Dr Chen is very knowledgeable and puts the needs of his patients first. I avoided the bigger “mills” in town in favor of Dr Chen and his office’s more personal 1:1 care and was not disappointed. I always feel like my questions are answered and I’m never rushed through my appointments. Highly recommended!

Amazing doctor with a boutique feel to his practice. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed like some of the big eye clinics in town. Highly recommended.

It wasn't actually myself that was the patient, it was my husband. We got there early and there waiting room is quite small so it was standing room only. I thought oh boy, but the wait went amazingly fast and in no time Michael was called back for his appointment. The Dr.was very attentive to his patients and the office staff was professional yet friendly. There was absolutely no rudeness at this office, more should be like this. Recently during one of my visits I overheard the way that the doctor spoke to his staff, so unprofessional and just plain rude. It makes sense why his staff is always changing. Won’t be returning here, I can’t support places that treat staff like this. Horrible.
