After doing a lot of research on doctors that perform cataract surgery I choose Dr. Akler and am very happy I did. It has been about 1 month since my second eye surgery I was done and am so happy with the results. I had the multi-focal lens put in so I no longer need glasses. Dr Akler is very good at what she does and her patients are her number one priority. Her staff is friendly and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. I would recommend Dr Akler and her staff for anyone needing cataract surgery.

I am over-the-moon happy with Dr. Akler. My surgery was on Monday and today is Wednesday so I may be a little early with my review, however, I am very, very happy. She is personable, polite, informative, and really, really knows her job. I would highly recommend her. Prior to making my appointment with her I saw a different doctor, I felt like I was meeting with a slick car salesman who kept trying to upgrade me to the more expensive procedure. I called Dr. Akler's office with some questions and her Clinical coordinator, Roxanna, returned my call and spoke to me without rushing me or cutting me off and answered all my questions. Nobody in this office rushes you and they all treat you like a human being not just a number.

For most of my life, I have always needed glasses with every few years needing a stronger prescription. Occasionally I considered the LASIK procedure, but was always afraid something would go wrong and make my vision worse. This year, I finally decided it was worth the risk and setup a consultation. I was not sure if I would be a candidate as my vision was very poor, but I was happy to learn that I was a good candidate and setup an appointment immediately. Dr. Akler and her staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The consultation, scheduling, and actual procedure went smoothly. I am very pleased with the results as well as the experience and highly recommend to anyone interested in getting Lasik surgery to improve their vision.

Went to Dr. Akler after my mother got her eyes done. I am happy that I went here. Very professional and fast. Recently had lasik done and its amazing what a difference. I recommend Dr. Akler to anyone thinking of getting Lasik done.

Dr. Akler and her staff are amazing! They are very professional and caring. Everything was explained in detail and they were able to answer all of my questions. I am usually very sensitive about my eyes but the LASIK procedure was very quick and painless. Before I had trouble viewing from a distance to a point where I could be legally blind.I now have 20/20! I just wish I had done this sooner.
