My daughter and I went in on Friday September 28th for her to get her eyes examined she’s been complaining about headaches at school and while reading.. long story short our first encounter was Luis who was absolutely outstanding, he definitely enjoys his job and was very kind and patient with my daughter who is 11 ( he informed us that he has 4 nieces and is used to it) they saw us before our scheduled appointment time and everything went smoothly. Dr. Kwok is very kind and definitely knows what he’s doing. We found out that my daughter has an astigmatism and that may contribute to the headaches.. they gave her a prescription and then informed us they they were having a sale on their frames after my daughter picked out her frames they told us they would be ready Tuesday. All weekend my daughter was overjoyed about her glasses. When we walked in on Tuesday she was more excited to see that Luis was there and he went to get her new glasses. All in all we had a great experience here and will return yearly for my daughters eye exam!

Lots of new Designer frames and styles available now compared to before. Staff were very friendly and there's a new doctor. Dr Kwok was knowledgable and nice! Annemarie and Luis helped me and made me feel at home. Loving my new Tom Ford's thank you!!

Great customer service Luis and Annmarie (not sure if I’m remembering her name correctly) were very professional, engaging and helpful. Will definitely return there in the future.

Nice store, very helpful manager, great selection of frames. More expensive than Warby Parker, but much better quality.
