Every visit/interaction with Balian Eye Center has been professional, positive and productive. Dr RAPHTIS and his staff are skilled at making patients feel comfortable and assuring they’ve attended to EVERY detail.
I’m fortunate to have had few vision issues in my life; I trusted my eyes to Dr RAPHTIS and his staff. I am grateful for their professionalism and TLC.

Doctors are great. The billing department lacks tact and understanding and took a simple question and managed to escalate it into a full blown argument. Very poor customer skills. Note: when going there be fully prepared to wait for 1 to 1.5 hours as they are never ever prompt or on time.
Would absolutely go elsewhere but...as previously indicated the doctors are good.

My daughter has had a sore eye for the last few days and woke up today with a painful, puffy eye... I called and talked to a wonderful receptionist and then was transferred to book an appointment and the very rude person scheduling the appointment said she could see us in APRIL - it is SEPTEMBER... that is 8 months away! I told her she eye was swollen so we couldn't wait and she laughed.... really? You could be the best doctor but when you have a receptionist like that it really doesn't matter!

I had PRK surgery performed my Dr. Mike E. Raphtis back in 1999 and my eyesight is still great! Keep up the good work guys.

My family has been going to Balian Eye Center for over 30 years. We love the professionalism. The doctors and staff are all great. The optical center is great, too. They have lots of frames to pick from and are very helpful.
