All I gotta say is thank god for this man. He is and will always be my one and only back surgeon. Thank you so so much for everything you do and have done for me. You are my hero. I read some of the reviews some of you wrote. DR.Raley keep your head up and keep doing awesome work. You have done awesome with me since "2002" and I really appreciate what you have done and continue to do for me. Thank god for you I'm able to walk and use my legs. God bless you Dr. Raley til I see you again take care🌞I live in PA and travel out of state to see him. Well worth it. Remember Dr.Raley I ask you a question on how you fixed my back and you said *Magic* 😉 til I see you next time take care

Dr. Raley is patient, caring and interested in the total care and the best interest to his patient and their family. I have no complaints. I came to him from another state and need care for a difficult surgical repair. Dr. Raley took time to review my case, explain my options and suggest the best treatment.

In my opinion this is a bad doctor who is interested in making money. Do not believe the glowing reviews you may read elsewhere. This doctor was sued for malpractice in Virginia in 2017 and lost. During back surgery on a patient he inserted the instruments too deeply into the patients back and this person now has permanent brain damage. The award to the injured patient was over 2 million dollars. This was one of the highest awards in Virginia history. Look it up for yourself all of you who think this is such a great doctor. In 2018 Raley paid the patient. Now Raley is set to stand trial at the Glen Burnie Maryland District Court on 17 July 2019 for 1 count of assault and one of sexual misconduct. Look this up too on the courts docket. These are facts. Easily found as public information. All of you who posted great reviews of this doctor, why don’t you check him out.

Don't let the reviews fool you into choosing this location for Orthopedic care. My wife brought my daughter here because of ongoing issues with her feet. He had my daughter walk in a circle two times, then proceeded to inform my wife she would grow out of it, finished the paperwork and sent us a bill for around $500. Fortunately my insurance paid for most of it but I wish there was a mechanism in place for them to dispute the charges just because in my opinion there was quite a lack in services. What this has taught my wife and I is that if we are looking for a doctor, Google reviews shouldn't be relied on. Well in this case this review might help you steer clear.

P.S. - My wife sat in the waiting room longer than in the doctors room.

He's the best orthopedic doctor ever. He sits down with you asks you questions, spends enough time to understand your situation, gives you options of how and which procedures he will do. He's never in rush unless hospital emergency which is understandable. Tell him your problem in entireity.
