STAY AWAY! Before Dr B left, I would have given this place 5 stars. Now I give it ZERO. Dr Le doesn't have a compassionate bone in his body. I have a feeling it's all just money to him. He may be good if you only want a procedure. But if like me you rely on medications for quality of life then don't go here. He has now reduced my medication to almost nothing even though I've been on the same thing for years. Medication that his medical director put me on. I was doing as well as I could be and now that he's the ONLY provider left I'm bed ridden from pain. His exact words were "you'll suffer but it won't kill you" I've talked to many patients in the waiting area and they've all said they wish there was somewhere else to go. And since Dr B left, they've lost NP's, nurses, receptionists, and other staff. I've seen patients leaving crying their eyes out more than a few times. I'm one of them. Pain doctors are scarce in this area so it's not as simple as finding a new one. When the nurses are telling you they don't like him then it's time to start searching for a new doctor. No one ever spoke ill of Dr B. Dr Le won't even come inside the room. He literally stands in the doorway. Which is a hippa violation I believe. Patients out in the hall can hear all my health info. So stay away if possible. I'm in the process of finding a new Dr now.

I have been a patient of Dr Le’s since Dec 2017. Him and his Nurse Practitioner have always been very compassionate and thorough. They seek to understand each patients pain, recommend treatments that could provide relief and don’t treat with just meds.
There is such a stigma that comes with “Pain Clinic”. When my previous doctor sent me there I was worried that there weren’t any more treatment options for me, just meds.....that was NOT the case, thank goodness. . I actually received a proper diagnosis after a car wreck, after being tossed around to different doctors prior to him. It took a whole year after my wreck to end up there and if we could get insurance to cover my treatment, I might finally be able to get my life back. I love that! No matter what, I’m confident and thankful that I landed in the right hands. Dr Le has 25 years of experience!!!!
The staff at the Hermitage location are also very friendly and helpful. I have not visited any of the other clinics.

I pray that on June 9 and the 13th you will always remember your patient Larry Jordan..I pray with every injection you give you feel his presents and ask yourself am I to to busy in a hurry or I'm doing everything to keep this patient safe and have their well being the most important.I pray you'll always remember him.And I pray for you and your staff everyday and specialty your patients.Its been a little over a year now ,and I miss him so much.when you're spending time with your family during the Holidays and going on Vacation please remember all I have are my memories.I pray you have ask God for forgiveness.Only God ,you and me know what happen that awful day not only did I lose Larry that day but I lost myself.My life is so empty without him so with this said Remember Me Every Day.

I see the Asha who is awesome! I have seen other NP/PA and she was RUDE! She got disrespectful and began talking down to me when my friend and I asked questions about my care. Now that I only see Asha things are great.
