They never answer the phone, the only staff that's nice are the people at the front desk. I've made 4 trips to there clinic and have yet to receive my meds. Very unprofessional and rude with me when i question the reason why I could not get my meds

Meh, I may update this after more visits .... I have another one this Friday. but on my last visit I talked to him about my concern about my pain and how since moving here 2 years ago I have gained 50 pounds(stress) and changing of all my meds due to the strict laws and doctors here. Well he took me off my Norco and put me on a couple others, I called after 2 weeks to say the one was not helping with pain and they did not give him my message so I went online to the portal and left a message and I noticed all the dr included in his summary was that I was over weight( well DUH) nothing about my pain though. I swear this state is crazy. In oregon I seen one dr every 6 months for all my meds

I have never been to pain management before PMG despite having neck and back pain for most of my life. After hernia mesh started causing severe abdominal pain my wife finally convinced me to try something. I have avoided taking pain meds after dealing with friends that were addicts and PMG stated a multidisciplinary approach that avoids the use of pain medication until alternatives had been ineffective. My first visit I had to wait for two hours past my appointment to be seen, with a rude receptionist that was more busy playing on her phone than dealing with patients. I was finally seen by Dr Reddy which was patient and respectful to me. He started me on Hydrocodone, Tizanidine and Tramidol to see if that would help and sent me off to get scans of my back and neck. That was my first visit. At my follow up I was given the diagnosis of numerous spinal issues and refills for my pain medications. I asked about the abdominal pain that lead me to them and was told there was nothing they could do with that. I asked about other types of therapy and was told to look into physical therapy and that they would write me a referral. I only saw Dr Reddy a couple more times before other NP's started taking over my 'care', adjusting medications every other visit. Each one treated me less like a patient and more like an addict until the last one, Tara Turon. She was very dismissive about my concerns of continued treatment and all but called me an addict. When I asked about a long term solution for my lifelong pain that they diagnosed me with, I was told my options were injections or surgery. I let her know that I was not comfortable with procedures that could cause more issues than I already have and she rudely and loudly insisted that they were FDA approved and I didn't have any other choices, continuing into a yelling match which, at that point involved the Dr on duty and was told my primary care could take over my care from then on but that they were not continuing my pain medications. My concerns and pain in my abdomen were never addressed in the entire year I went to PMG.

Was referred there (the Antioch location) by my insurance provider, the woman who answered the call was rude, and unprofessional! Every question asked was are you a patient here, even after I stated I was not! Then I was asked if I was in pain? (Just speaking to this woman was painful!!) After patiently explaining that yes I am in pain, however I was interested in making an appointment with their Nutritionist, she quite nastily told me I could not see their Nutritionist, without being a patient. I simply hung up. Not only will I not make an appointment I wouldn't be a patient when their receptionist clearly could use a PRN, For hostility.

These wannabe drug dealers think that because they control people’s prescriptions, that that gives them the right to treat patients as if they don’t matter. They can leave you waiting for them over 2.5 hours, then walk in and start interrogating you without any kind of greeting or apology. No common courtesy, no humanity, let alone any kind of concern for a patient. Pill factories, that’s it.
