The place is clean and comfortable. The receptionists are friendly. Unfortunately, many of the doctors are flippant. They do not listen, and they blow off your pain. One even told me, "You'll live." They honestly made me just want to die.

First thing they want to know before your name or problem is do you have insurance. We have good insurance. Could only reccomend pills and quarterly injections. Called pain mgmt. for appt. Was told they never received a referral from their own people. After about 6 transfers I give up. We are getting a second opinion some where else. Obviously they only give lip service. If you are in enough pain to see a physician the least they can do is take it seriously.

Love Dr. Romine and Dr. Deweese. My only complaint is that when your apt is at 850 then why do I have to wait for over an hour to be seen. Ridiculous. Unacceptable.

Highly Educated including all special and very specific medical and clinical educational programs that are needed to stay up to date with medicine today and the future. Very nice people and great doctors who you enjoy talking with about all subjects.

Great doctors! I was told By Janice i think her name is and by Mr Ramage that they were an in network office for my insurance. I paid the co pay every time then they refused to let me see the doctor when they added over $800 to my year end bill. They all of a sudden weren’t in my insurance network even after assuring me and me going there for 2 years. All of a sudden i wasn’t allowed to see the doctor and i had been on medication their doctors have me on for two years and i have to deal with a dangerous cold turkey stop in the medication i desperately needed. Thank God my medical doctor would not let me have to deal with the pain and withdrawal. After he talked to the doctor and the doctor said he was only the doctor and didn’t have anything to do or say about the billing department making medical decisions and not allowing me to see the doctor my family doctor made the decision to help me till I can get into a pain doctor 4 months from now. Thanks billing department for lying to me and I hope you don’t make a decision that only needs to be made by a doctor like you illegally did With me and kill someone. If you don’t take my insurance don’t lie. Just tell the truth . You can’t squeeze me for money that my fixed income doesn’t have.
