Secretary and front desk employee are terrible.
Had to wait 45min even though I had an appointment.
Front desk employee finally told me that my insurance would not cover the first visit even though they said on phone that they would.
Waste of time. Be aware that front desk employee are not the best.
This review does not take into account doctors (which I could not see !).

Dr. Vang and the staff at Pain Care Associates are extremely personable, compassionate, and accommodating. Top notch care! Highly recommend!

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Stewart and his staff at Pain Care Associates. Not only from a professional stand point but also from the perspective of a patient his service is outstanding.
Having personally worked in the healthcare field for over ten years, I've seen many business models and Dr. Stewart has a flawless approach in his practice. He approaches his patient's needs from several angles including physical therapy and traditional chiropractic medicine. As a patient, I've been dealing with chronic pain from an injury for years with very little relief other than masking the pain. I can honestly say after visiting Dr. Stewart, I’ve gone from the majority of my days filled with pain to only having flare-ups on the rare occasion. The relief I feel now is beyond measure.
Regardless if you’ve been experiencing acute pain or long term pain, Dr. Stewart is the best place to start in treating that pain.

I have always been apprehensive about chiropractic care. As an athlete, I tend to be extremely picky about who I see for treatment since my health is so closely tied to my career. However, after an injury set me back a trusted Little Rock performance coach suggested Dr. Stewart and his team. I was not disappointed! Dr. Stewart, along with Gena Woodward, his in house physical therapist, have done a fantastic job for me. I am not only almost back to 100%; but I am now a big believer in a chiropractic/PT treatment plan for long term care. I would highly recommend Pain Care Associates and thank them for getting me back to enjoying my life and career.
