I made an eight o’clock appointment; patients are stacked. I do not like waiting an hour and a half after my appointment time to see anyone. They offer a lot of different aesthetic services however all the offices were a little junky and not professional and slightly dirty. This may sound odd if you are going to do aesthetic work have an aesthetically pleasing office. The Greg Gustafson's get lost in the myriad of different signage and white tiger posters. The greatest thing is the staff is phenomenal. You are going to get the best services but getting services there is another story.

Dr. Adams is a very nice guy... HOWEVER, after my surgery, the problems did not go away, and the hidden charges are insane. I’ve had swelling/edema in my left leg for years, and had been told that I would just always have to wear a compression sleeve. I decided to see if there were any medical advancements that could help with my issue, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Adams. He told me my options, and gave me hope that surgery would fix the issues. I have repeatedly had to go in for follow-ups, which cost $200 each time, and ultimately, he told me that I would just have to wear a compression sleeve my whole life. Why in the world have I spent thousands of dollars and gone through a surgery to be told exactly the same thing I was told 10 years ago?? Not only that, he was kind enough to say that my last visit would be no charge. Well... a few months later, here comes another $200 bill in the mail. I called to tell them he had told me it was no charge, and the rude receptionist proceeded to tell me “Well, that’s what you owe, Brian. I don’t know what to tell you.” Excuse me? So now my problem still exists even after surgery and thousands of dollars in follow-up appointments, charged more than I was told I would be, and treated with rudeness and disrespect. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had the best experience ever with Dr Manning and his team. Better than I ever expected. The results were incredible. However, I was told the amount I would owe after insurance. I saved for a long time to come up with that amount. I paid that amount early so as not to spend it elsewhere. Today I received a bill for an additional $357 dollars for a follow up visit. I called to resolve this and they said that I simply did not need to go to the follow up as that was not included in my price estimate. I don’t have an additional $357. If I had been informed of this extra charge, I would have simply not gone to the follow up, as my legs look great! It’s these surprise charges that are upsetting.
