Get the estimated bill IN WRITING and SIGNED- these guys are either grossly incompetent with their billing or they intentionally bait and switch.
One or the other.
They are trying to charge OVER SIX THOUSAND more than the AGREED UPON price.
Unfortunately lawyers have to get involved as they refuse to look into or explain the dramatic increase.

All of the staff at Alaska Surgery Center are amazing! Dr. Ellerbe did our Son's surgery and was great. I am also a nursing mother and the front staff cleared a room for me to pump after I found out the restroom didn't have an accessible plug. I would highly recommend this center to anyone needing an outpatient surgical procedure. I'm so grateful to everyone for making our experience as smooth as possible.

Not only does this place suck they have no customer service skills. So far my son was marked as a female on his chart, the basic info (address and so on) is not even close to right. They don’t have any of his allergies noted and the lady at the front is rude as hell and no help. And we are not even past the front desk for the surgery.

We have a globally delayed, complicated 11 year old, who has had multiple surgeries. When his pediatric dentist recommended oral surgery for a tooth extraction we thought our only option would be at Providence. Consulting with dentist and oral surgeon we learned we had a choice. We discussed at pre-op physical with pediatrician procedure to be done at Alaska Surgery Center. We all agreed the better environment for this treatment was Alaska Surgery Center. Our confidence continued to grow as we spoke with pre-op staff at ASC. We were contacted days before surgery with instructions, tips, support. Day of surgery intake specialist was incredibly kind, understanding, knowledgeable. Every moment spent with ASC was professional yet friendly with every person eager and willing to make event as comfortable as possible.
The outcome from the dedication, trust and respect of Alaska Surgery Center team members was proved when our son was in recovery. He had the most outstanding post op experience of his medical life. The care he received was absolutely extraordinary.
We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough for everything done to ensure such success.
