This was for a crown preparation. There was minimal discomfort and everything went very well. Nothing like the agony of the old days! The doctor was quick and friendly. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks!

Dr. Scott just put in a crown, and it's perfect. The process was quick and It feels normal. Thank you again for helping me to feel comfortable about all of this long delayed dental work I needed. You are the master!

Dr. Scott is an artist! An old filling in one of my front teeth broke off as I indulged in a fruit and nut confection that was a gift. The filling had yellowed, and I guess I wasn't too thrilled with the way it looked anyway, but I was concerned that the new filling wouldn't look natural. Dr. Scott matched my tooth color perfectly and the front tooth looks really good! Thanks again!

My husband and I have been going to Aurora for over 6 years and we are very pleased. I have lived all over the country and have had many bad experiences with dentist but finding this office when we moved to AK was wonderful. Both Dr Lykes are great! Highlights: nice office, safe location, professional staff, always on time, dental hygienists and techs are very friendly, conservative dental approach (not trying to fill or crown everything), close to downtown and our work locations.

This place was definitely friendly and the people were easy to talk to. The people there were happy to help and helpful with any questions I had. I had fun laughing with the dentist and having a good time (without the laughing gas😆). All in all, it had a great atmosphere and was definitely inviting. I enjoyed it very much!

An extremely unprofessional interaction came to its final conclusion yesterday with Aurora. After inappropriately diagnosing an abscessed tooth on our young teenager daughter, then offering no help in finding a surgeon for an emergency root canal as she spent a whole weekend in huge pain, they then ultimately canceled a long scheduled crown for our daughter THE DAY OF! saying that she shouldn't even have a crown until she was 16 (she is younger). This was after my wife and I both took time off of work, had to have braces removed by my daughter's orthodontist (who now needs to put them back on ) - two additional across town appointments in preparation and now fixing. No sincere apology was given. They lied to us about the whole deal about their own inept handling of the situation. Our large famil,y who all went to the practice, are now taking our business elsewhere. As a business person, I really hope they get their act together. The original dentist biedermann would have never let this happened. Looks like the transition of owners is going poorly.
