It saddens me that there are negative experiences with the front desk staff at Capstone. I absolutely adore the receptionists here! They’re quick, detail oriented and very kind. They take the time to give you their full attention and they remember who I am when I call. I sincerely appreciate each and every phone call and in-person experience I have with them. As far as treatment goes, I see their nurse practitioner and she is fantastic. She’s compassionate and fun to talk to. I love Capstone!

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I was basically denied care. I needed to be seen for having a tremendous amount of ear/throat pain, for 3 days. Was told I had to have a covid test, and wait for the results so I could be seen. So wait up to 4 days to be seen....... I later went to a walk in clinic, and was treated, thankfully.
So I do not recommend this clinic.

Doctors are good but their front desk customer service is AWFUL. Went twice for paperwork and they messed up both times which is fine as long as they correct it, however they would make you feel like is your fault and that you’re the one bothering them for asking to correct them just because they’re busy, especially the desk lady Jamie who was so rude to me today. They need to learn to make appointments even for paperwork and start filling them in front of the patient instead to prevent stuff like this happening. Definitely won’t go back or recommend.

Doctor Jones is an amazing doctor. She is kind and caring and she listens!! We have been patients for six plus years and literally trust her explicitly!! This is a great clinic. Her staff are also very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you.

Nobody would see my ten month old son with a fever because of covid fear. We had been in ER due to a febrile seizure and they had refetenced us back to see an office pediatrician for his fever but nobody would see us for a minimum of 4 days! My poor baby had fevers spiking to 102.7! Terrified of another seizure I called around bawling for someone to see him. Dr. Glaves at capstone evaluated that we didn't pose a covid risk and, taking precautions to protect all patients and staff, saw my baby and discovered a nasty ear infection! His fever got to 103.7 while getting antibiotics but he's doing so much better now. I'm so so grateful that they had figured out a way to keep everyone safe from covid and simultaneously didn't ignore my little guy who was in serious need of medical attention. I had been told by other offices that providers could do telahealth appointments but that they wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for ear infections that way! How useless! Thank you capstone! All of you and especially Dr. Glaves.
