As a caveat I should mention my wife and I haven’t been here in little over a year. That being said this clinic provided us primary care for almost 15 years while we lived in Fairbanks, and I don’t hesitate to say the Doc here saved my life; almost 2 years before I needed treatment she found a heart condition others had misdiagnosed, helped with treatment and getting cardiology help. She also helped with my wife’s initial diagnosis of Chrons and Dementia. Overall we never expected such wonderful care from such a small office, so if you don’t have a membership (per review above) ask to be added to list... I promise you won’t regret it!

Called to see about an appointment and was told if your not a member then we can't help you. No information on what a member is or how to become one just "No" your not a member. What is this a gym? Would not recommend calling if you are looking to find a new clinic to go to. It's apparently a private club.

Dr Hornberger has been seeing our whole family for several years now and we have been really happy with her. She is open minded when trying suggesting treatments which I think is great as some doctors can make you feel like you should not make any suggestions as "they are the doctor" but not with her. Find her to be caring and want to help.

I really like the Doctor here, but really hate the fact that she seems a bit greedy when it comes to insurance money. You can't see the doctor for several different problems in one visit, only one at a time, they said because the insurance will only pay for one diagnosis code per visit. This means repeat visits, more time lost from work when everything could have been taken care of in one visit. What happened to caring for the patient? Medical costs are extremely high in Fairbanks and this makes it much worse.
