I have seen KEVIN L Brown 2x. He is new to this location and is a great doctor. Kevin had me blood tested and only had one time with the needle instead of being stuck multiple times. When he says he is going to do something he does it. Awesome job and TY.

Southeast health professional has excellent physicians and is clean. I think it is much nicer than downtown medical center. Four stars in a very high rating, considering Southeast heath hospital in Dothan would surely be five stars and where you need to be if very ill.

I set it up a new patient appointment about a week and a half ago for today and I specifically told the receptionist that I needed a pap and to have my birth control implant removed. It wasn’t until I had already checked in, signed paperwork, paid my $30 copay, sat and waited for my appointment, taken back by the medical assistant that I was finally told by Dr. Richard’s that she doesn’t do paps or birth control removal. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistant and especially Dr. Richards were so so sweet but today was just a complete waste of my time and money. I have a PPO insurance so I don’t need a referral or anything. I wish I knew who I spoke with when I set up the appointment because she needs to be educated on what is and isn’t appropriate to schedule

This place has great Dr's. Dr Whitaker is amazing. But getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. Even when the automated system says you're caller 1, you still stay on hold forever! Today I called bc my son is sick and I just need to know what I can give him. He's 9 months old. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and the receptionist said she'd send the Dr a message and I asked for a call back but she said she'd only call me back if the Dr messaged her back. Otherwise I need to call her 15 minutes before they close. I have a feeling if I call her back 15 minutes before close I'll be on hold until they close. Anyone who has good customer service would make a note to call the patient back before they close regardless of getting a message back from the Dr to at least let the patient know.

I have been going to this facility since Dr. Young moved there. I loved this Doctor’s Office and everything it was about. Now, I can’t get in to see my doctor. I have Ostearthritis, as well as Fibromyalgia, and many other auto-immune and muscle disorders and I can’t even get them to give me a muscle relaxer. Not an opioid. Not pain medicine. A muscle relaxer for my muscles that are hurting so severely. The last time I went for an appointment, they forgot me in the car. I can’t even drive alone. My husband brought me and after two and a half hours, I sent him inside to find out they forgot me. I have muscle pain and was cramped in a hot vehicle for over 2 hours. Then, when I said I was hurting and nauseated and just wanted to go, they marked me as a “no show” for my appointment. This company or at least Dr. Young’s crew needs to get their act together.
