Hands down, best Dr. and staff in town..! Dr. Vuppala is extremely intelligent and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is vested in her patients and can always be reached via email...she is a vital part to our family and we are extremely grateful for her help. Her staff is also very pleasant and we appreciate them as well.

Dr. Vuppala is excellent. She really takes time for your child and makes sure they are getting the care they need. She makes herself available to you when you need her to the best of her ability. I would suggest her to anyone for their children.

Jessica, at the front desk, was very helpful. Navigating health insurance coverage and costs can be a frustrating experience, especially in the mental health space. I appreciate the patience of everyone I spoke to, including my counselor, about these concerns.
My counseling session with Christine was great! I especially appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and patience.
The out of pocket prices are reasonable.
The office is accommodating with payment plans and scheduling options.
I look forward to continuing my care here!

We had an initial appointment back in May for one of our children, and Dr Barnhart was very kind and easy to talk to during that appt. Unfortunately it took several weeks to hear back about the tests/evaluations he wanted to do, and when I spoke to someone at the office regarding what we would be able to do financially she said they all needed to be done- it was just more expensive than we’d anticipated and we’d been under the impression that we’d be able to decline anything that we needed to decline (which may have been a misunderstanding on our part). I was told that Dr Barnhart would discuss it with us, but we never heard back. I called one morning because we’d been having a lot of difficulty at home- the lady who answered the phone was wonderful, and spent quite awhile on the phone with me. She said that she’d let him know what was going on and that we should hear back from him but we never did, and for some reason we weren’t able to make an appointment (I don’t remember why exactly). At first we were very hopeful that this office would be able to help us, but we never were able to actually speak to Dr Barnhart again after that initial appointment. The office staff is wonderful but our experience with the provider himself not so much.
