My appointment was at 8:40. By 9:15, I had spoke with his nurse, met with Dr Roy, set my sleep study up and I was headed for work. I was referred by my primary physician to a different doctor at first, who would have undoubtedly been good, but they couldn’t see me for a month. Dr Roy got me in 3 days after I called. They were very familiar with the hoops that needed to be jumped through for my insurance and let me know in advance what my responsibility would be. His competence made me feel comfortable. I wish I could give 6 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roy's for the past four months and have pleased with the care and treatment I received. The staff has always been helpful and kind. The receptionist is very friendly and has helped me with the appointments. I have always received prompt care, waiting no longer fifteen minutes. The staff that does the CPAP machines were very helpful and patient with me while I went through the fitting of my mask. They were very professional and explained everything in depth.
Dr. Roy was very forth coming with explaining my condition and how he could help make it better. He fully detailed my options and what he thought would be best for me and my family. The whole process was handled with care and kindness, from the sleep study to the final recheck of the equipment and my progress.
I am sure the move to his new office will be good and accommodating, especially since the Parkway is now open.

My wife and my son have seen Dr. Roy for several years and love him. I went to see him finally because of I snore and always feel tired. Dr. Roy gave me a mouthpiece that helps me a lot. The nurses and dentist were professional and made me laugh. They even worked me in due to my work schedule! Happy I decided to get some help again cause I feel better. I would recommend Dr. Roy’s office to my friends!

Would not recommend. I went there once and all I needed was a fitting but instead I waited an hour and a half sitting around to get called back for paper work then I could actually set an appointment for the fitting. Got the fitting but was very limited and I asked twice will my insurance cover this and how much does it cost. They said they don't know but I figured its better than buying a few from Amazon and trying it out. I couldn't have been more wrong. I got a bill for $220 for a $30 face mask. To top it off I'm only getting a few days to pay it because they decided to take forever to even ship their bill. Now I got an unexpected bill and not much time to pay it or to even ask questions. Thanks Roy.

Before you post that you have no record that I’m a patient, let me state that my husband is the patient. The doctor seems ok but the billing is the real issue. We’ve been paying out the wazoo only to find out that our insurance has never been billed. We are going elsewhere. My husband desperately needs his c-pap and it has changed his life for the better. Just find a better office to go to.
