Recently spent several days in this hospital. Great care by Dr. Keith Anderson. Excellent tech care by Celeste & Kathy & Megan. Outstanding Therapy by Kelly & Tina. Mrs. Saint took care of my wound from surgery in an amazing way. Great case manager and lots of kindness shown to me and my family by Marcie Bullard. I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends.

I do quite a lot of notary work at Encompass and have never had anything but positive experiences with their staff. They are always kind, thoughtful and considerate to their patients and family of their patients. They jump through hoops to fill the needs of their patients while still managing to keep everyone involved safe and socially distant. Y’all are amazing!

My mother was discharged from Encompass 4 days ago. I will start by saying everyone I was in contact with was extremely friendly and kind. Case Manager and front desk were my favorite folks. My mother was there for 2 weeks. She received several hours of PT/OT therapy per day. Based on the reports of her progress while there, I was under the impression my mother would come home being able to do most things..simple things...walk to the bathroom...dress herself...on her own with supervision. NOT THE CASE. The first couple days home so far have been hell. My mother is far more dependent and way less capable of caring for herself than she was when she was admitted two weeks ago. She walked into the last doctors appointment before being admitted to Encompass. Now, she can barely walk to the bathroom. Definitely not the outcome I had anticipated....sorry to say.
