I made the earliest appointment over a week ago at opening time. I arrived thirty minutes before my appointment. Tried to call the number to check in twice and got no answer so I used the online check in on my patient portal since I had visited the other location. I understand the current medical situation we are in, so in an effort to be understanding I was very patient. I even filled out all my paperwork online while I waited. So after an hour I called back. They had no clue I was here. Then had to go through the regular wait time. I was 5th car in parking lot and had an appointment. Wendi was great though..she just gave me my shot and I'm about to leave. Why have the option to Check in online and do paperwork online if you aren't gonna look at it. So frustrating!!! I did my part. Fix your processes. I was on the fence to get vaccinated anyway so I definitely won't encouraging anyone after this experience.

Had a covid test a couple months ago at the Franklin location. Showed up before open and was there an hour because they forgot about me. Even after calling to remind them, I was there a while. I tried to set up an appointment online for a regular visit and did it through the portal, but apparently I can't do that since I've only been for a covid test. The catch is they waited until the day of the appointment to call to tell me they canceled my appointment, but didn't leave a message. So I found out in the parking lot trying to check in. Furthermore, I was told I have to come in and fill out paperwork and then they'd call me back to schedule a new patient appointment. Yeah, no. That's way too convoluted. First of all why did I fill out all this info in the portal but still have to physically come in to grab paperwork to request an appointment. Second, why could the person literally not set something up on the phone. Terrible customer service. I've never had an office tell me I have to come in to get paper then wait for their call just to schedule an appointment... And I don't work conventional hours, so having to wake up early for this appointment for no reason and basically being told the process would cause more of this type of inconvenience for me is ridiculous. I highly suggest giving them a pass. They don't seem to care about patients.

Sparkman location is usually faster than Franklin location. I would say now that a rough estimate of an appointment for a child is 1.5-2 hours at both locations. I realize that one clinic is under renovation and that the appointments from the other location moved to this one. As a general estimate I expect one hour for the appointment including waiting for the doctor and seeing the doctor for 2 minutes. I think this estimate is fair. An unacceptable visit is sitting in the car for 20 minutes after appointment time, then in the room for an hour for a 2 minute visit with the Doctor.

First time coming to this place for a COVID test and I pulled in and the sign says call this number to check in . Well I called the number an no one answers. So I go in to let them know I’m here and the lady is EXTREMELY rude to me . I do not recommend coming here . Worst staff ever . She literally didn’t let me finish what I had to say . It’s almost like she pushed me out the door wit her words . Very unprofessional.

The employees were very nice. Dr. Patel was very nice and she was very forthcoming with answers to my many questions. I had not been to see a doctor in 10 years. So, I had many questions. She put me on the right path to wellness and I am grateful for her time. I would recommend this doctor to everyone. Thanks and be blessed, Deborah
