Usually pretty straight forward; easy to get in and get out of. No extensive waiting period & staff is pretty friendly for the most of it. I'm not to pleased with all the recent changes in staff members & not being able to make changes that's necessary to control my chronic pain. But overall; I'm satisfied...just a few minor flaws. I'd recommend it to other chronic pain sufferers.

Just before injecting my back with 6 injections for $700.00, Dr. Kay says "If you don't have arthritis this won't help you" I said I don't have arthritis. Oh well, 1 year later never got relief!

Dr. Hall has always been intuitive to my needs. If I have a question it is explained to where I understand. Great staff.

Their okay. I like Chris he listens and understands. But DO NOT expect flexibility with this place. There is none. You do what they tell you, when they tell you or get tossed as a patient. The doctor and nurses always seem very nice, but remember this is a business and they are there to make money. So do not expect flexibility, in appointments and procedures. If you need flexibility, I suggest you find another pain management business.

Be ready for notice of Certified Letter announcing they were dropping you as a patient due to "incompatable attitude due to conflict w/ their warm & compassionate values"! Charged Medicare $ 390 for new patient. Recieved 'script for 45 10 mg hydros. Last phone conversation; "don't call us, we'll call you"! Received letter instead.
