Two stars for an awesome nurse. Just walked out of this ER without treatment. The Dr. Called me the wrong name twice, refused to discuss the main reason I was there, asked why I wasn't on a $6900 migraine medicine, then wanted to give me a pain & nausea shot to knock me out. I went there due to 20 hours of vertigo - the migraine was just a secondary issue that I normally treat on my own. I had a bad feeling & could not shake it. Decided to listen to my intuition & leave. The nurse was great though.

I've visited this care center multiple times while experiencing debilitating pain and other symptoms that I felt needed immediate medical attention. The only reason it's not a 5 star review for me is the wait time, even when it seems empty the wait times seem longer than needed. Otherwise, I'd only like to commend them and thank this location for their help in those times I desperately needed it, they're dependable and very compassionate, friendly, helpful. Thanks, hopefully won't be seeing too much of this place, but glad to know it's there.

An absolute joke of an "ER". This is not an ER, do not go here for for anything beyond a minor scrape, even then be cautious. Staff is incredibly rude and condescending. The doctor at this location wasn't even awake when I went in. He couldn't keep his eyes open. He barely looked at me, are you kidding me? How are you a doctor!? Then of course I had a misdiagnosis. I should have walked back out when I realized no one else was in this "ER". This place shouldn't even be called an "ER", it barely is an urgent care. I've been to better places in third world countries in a tent!!! At least I got a free bottle of water there and actual treatment. Think again before wasting your time with Dignity Health.

I went in after an auto accident for neck pain. The staff was great and dr david did a complete check of me to make sure there were no fractures or anything. I feel he put me first which was great. Mary had a great bedside manner which I appreciated because I was really out of it. The c.t. tech was extremely nice helping me in and out of the bed and over to the c.t.
All in all was a great experience and in and out with no complications.

I usually don’t make reviews but this hospital is the nearest ER to my home about 2miles to be exact. Now I agree with 100% of the bad reviews as of 5-6 months ago but SINCE I had been back and they seem to have other doctors I’ve never seen and nurses and they all have an amazing change of attitude and very good doctors ♥️! Very fast and efficient. I’ve come in for pain in abdomen found out I was pregnant!♥️ 2. Came in months into pregnancy and because of their thorough exams found out I needed Emergency surgery and was afraid and crying staff of nurses were so very sweet and comforting as were their EMTS that transported me to chandler regional for surgery. After my daughter was born she was bleeding out of her private and took her here the dr was amazing and gave us advice and treated our daughter as if his OWN in his words he was awesome♥️ This place has really turned around ! Good job guys♥️
