I walked in to Nationwide for an adjustment on my child’s glasses, my husband and I always ask for the manager Ray (who has the best laugh) as he was always professional and helpful with adjustments and frame ordering and to my surprise I found out that he no longer works here this news made my entire family sad... :,( he was the ONLY reason we came into this place I don’t know if he works at a different location or has left the company all together but this store will never be the same without him the new management team and staff is rude, incompetent and not helpful the staff told my kid he had crooked ears which is why the glasses did not sit even on his face Ray never had this problem with my kids glasses nor did he ever make my child feel bad for how he looked it looks like I have to find a new optical again

A little honesty might go a long way. Communication is key to a good business practice. I understand that this location has a lot of traffic from recurring and new customers, but it's not my fault your receptionist is scatter brain by booking too many people in one day. It doesn't give you the excuse to be rude for your staff's unorganized habits. After being sorted out the overbooked case, I finished with my eye exam and bought a $300 glasses frame which went smoothly and quickly. Until to the point no one has ever bothered calling me when my glasses has arrived. 14+ days later, I called to inquire about it and lo and behold, Yvonne tells me it has arrived. Convenient timing for my call. My very pricey glasses frame of Oakley Airdrop OX8046-0255 quality is so poor, it certainly is not worth the 300 bucks. I knew I'm getting ripped off at this point, but I didn't care. I can afford it, but what really triggered me are the lies that followed and poor customer services. In conclusion, I had to order for a replacement glasses due to the defects from the original frame. Another 14+ days, no follow up. Same tactic, I called and to my surprise, my glasses has magically arrived yesterday and they had planned to call me about it. Not only that, the replacement frame is not brand new., visibly worn out. My piece of advise, improve your lying capability or stop treating your customers as quick sales. I would not recommend shopping for your glasses frames here, look somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of dealing with incompetent people.

Love my new frames, love my new glasses. I can see so well! Everybody's friendly, efficient, very quick return time to get my new glasses. Second time renewing my prescription here, I'll go back next time too.
