I was highly satisfied with the experience. I went to the emergency room with a bad fall. I was in the patient area in minutes. The doctor, radiologist and staff was professional and friendly. They were able to do CT scan. The place is spotlessly clean. The financial team was also helpful. I am grateful for all of you. Zita

If I could zero I would. Not only did my check in lady not wear her mask but wasn’t clear on what type of hospital they are. Wasted my time coming here when all I needed was my ear checked. I wish they could’ve explained better on the phone so I knew where I was going. And then instead of arguing, to explain and talk calming instead.

Payment system is atrocious here. If you bill is 100-100-50, they can’t run that last 50 on auto-draft bc of some system limitations that they have. Also when your paper bill arrives in the mail, the “pay online” link is super long and can’t possibly be keyed in by hand without much effort. Why not just use an abbreviated link for your clients. Unsure why everything is so hard at Dignity Health.

Ive been here since 7pm yesterday waiting to be transffered to another facility.if my condition is so life threatning why am i still in a er room?i keep getting spun

Had surgery to remove my appendix and my stay was extremely comfortable from start to finish.
My nurses Melissa and Carlos were amazing they went above and beyond to care for me and I appreciate that!
Anesthesiologist and Dr. Pera were great and prompt with surgery.
They took my worries of having surgery for the first time, completely away.
