I wouldn’t give this place even one star. If you have a tiny cold - great. This place fits your needs. But other than that they have NO equipment or capability to do ANYTHING. My DR referred me to THREE places for a GI specialist. It had to be 3 because the first two, and the last, weren’t accepting new patients. So not only do they not have the capability to help with help with anything other than a cold, it also takes 6+ months to be referred to someone who can.
I have been having stomach pain so I got an ultrasound. That was over a week ago and I’ve called three times for the results and nothing. So also after having to go to this place, be referred to an imaging center, expect not get your results for over a week. I have been taking tramadol consistently for 2 weeks while I’ve been waiting for these results to figure out what’s wrong. This is INSANE. Bottom line: IF YOU HAVE A COLD THIS PLACE IS FINE. BUT IF YOU NEED ACTUAL CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

By all means I am truly amazed by this practice they covered every single lil detail the are amazing I called to make my appointment with Tanya she's great awesome customer service she provided me with details and lots off information very friendly I have not yet been in for my appointment but I'm amazed by all the services they have to offer and amazing staff can't wait to see what my appointment going to be liked ,. Thank you My Dr Now .

This is the face of a happy patient…. Sharnette Washington is hands down AH-maZing!!! Her bedside manner is exceptional… her extensive experience with her many years working in cardiology paired with her bedside manner is the blueprint of what healthcare staff should aspire to be!!! As an African American woman dealing with a sudden health crisis, I am soo glad I walked into My Dr Now! My concerns were validated and believed, I needed additional imaging… ordered…. medication followed on and information explained… she took such great care and concern it eased my mind tremendously! Thank you soo much for who you are… what you stand for… and what you do!! I SEE YOU!! We need you! Thank you so much!!

I had an appointment with Shantelle Shipp FNP. And As I'm stating my situation of having constant pain. She responds with an attitude of "what do you want me to do"? What? .. Horrible bedside manners. I prompted to tell her I came to see the Dr. For a solution not to be talked down to. And she continued with her Horrible attitude . Do not go to her. Part of being in the medical field is having EMPATHY. Which she lacks. Left the appointment feeling worse. Do not recommend her 0 stars.
