Love this eye place! The reviews must be old or something. Very clean and such an selection of glasses too. They are nice quality and priced. Ok I made an appointment for my brother and with his insurance this is the only place he can shop. I took the time to ask questions for myself and cannot wait till my insurance will allow me to shop here . I've already picked out my new glasses and have my appointment too. My brother really got a good eye exam.

this place! ok basic repair exactly 46 days. excluding weekends. ask for a refund, and still even that is a delays and ask for glasses and they claimed it got lost. going there every other day, because they never call, email or even leave a msg on vm. so now i have to wait another additional 6-10 business day for them to even MOVE!

I had been going here for years. The dr is great but the staff has poor work ethic and at times just makes no sense. I asked to have my old prescription emailed to me. They said they cannot email it to me, they can only fax it or I can pick it up in person. I live across the country and it’s 2020, I don’t have a fax machine. I asked if they could read me the prescription so I could know what it was, just for my own knowledge, the receptionist said she couldn’t because of confidentiality reasons. I am the patient and I can’t know my own eyeglass prescription? How come my MD can give me all sorts of results over the phone but my optometrist can’t? It’s so nuts!

My biggest complaint for this location is the lack of timeliness. If you have an appointment, you can expect to be seen 45 mins to 1 hour after your appointment time. The doctor is nice, but my appointment time has never started when it was supposed to. There’s also never an apology for the wait. I’m currently waiting for a f/u contact fitting and am at a wait time of 30 minutes and going. It’s become very frustrating and is very hard to plan around if you have other things to do.
