Periodically I have shots in my knee because I have severe arthritis. Dr. Colby Dobson diagnoses the condition expertly. He knows what will help best and be the least invasive. He is kind, attentive, and the shots, while of course they hurt, when given by Dr Colby are much less painful than by another doctor. I highly recommend him.

From the office staff to the PA, Mark, to Dr. Richardson, I felt that I was in very capable hands and that my case was as important to them as any other. Dr. Richardson was very knowledgeable and more than capable while also performing his cases with a great deal of compassion. My simple break in my hand was given the same level of care and concern as a very serious break or repair would have been given.

Nothing but praise for all the staff. It has been 1 year since my knee surgery. Every interaction has been outstanding. They know what they are doing and keep you informed.

Dr. Basset and staff are TERRIFIC!!!! Dr. Basset his outstanding, wonderful staff are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Whenever I need something they would go out of their way to assist me. In particular, the receptionist in the lobby of the Prescott office (I forgot her name) was particularly helpful when I requested anything. I feel blessed to have Dr. Basset as my doctor and to talk to his staff if I have any questions. Thank you.

Dr Richardson was patient and kind and his explanations were both detailed and understandable. I also think his predictions regarding potential outcomes were honest and not overstated. I appreciated this. The office nurse who called to confirm surgery was a bit difficult but maybe she was having a bad day. All of the surgical center staff were wonderful and kind.
