Susan in the Surprise is GREAT!
I have been with Advanced Pain Mgmt for years but only with Susan for the past 1.5 years.
I love that I can get in and out of that office on time and on schedule. Her PA, Brianna keeps things on the back end rocking along too! She’s amazing with my prior auths and always returns my phone calls.
Susan always has time to discuss my new issues, answer my questions and is great at exploring options for me. I love and appreciate the care she has show me over the year and a half and would strongly recommend giving her a visit.
It should be noted that in Surprise, we have. Lot of entitled snow birds. I’m sure they are likely vocal about their experience too. Consider the source.
If you need someone who listens? Need to talk options? If you want someone who’s NOT just pushing injections or pills? GO SEE SUSAN!! She truly does consider the patient as a whole.

Susan Baily is compassionate, caring and listens to you. She is awesome. Her assistant Brianna is also amazing. You get in and out of the office quickly.

Has my first appointment here today and couldn’t have been happier. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long to be seen and all of my issues were addressed. Had a great experience and highly recommend.

I have always been very happy with the direct professional and personal attention that everyone at Advanced Pain Management provides. I tried and left three pain management service providers in the Phoenix area due to a complete lack of any personal concern for anything besides pushing additional treatments and services that had already failed to help me. Advanced Pain Management professionals seemed truly concerned about my opinions and previous experiences. I never felt pressured into any procedures and so far we have found what works for me. Thanks to all the fantastic people at A.P.M.

I have been a patient here for three years now. PA Bailey is an amazing assistant, who truly cares and listens to what I need. She is very supportive of where I want my treatment to go and when I've had setbacks due to medical issues coming up, she has been there to help me make the right decisions for that time. While also keeping in mind where I want to be once the new issues are resolved. I Love the surprise office. Their staff, doctors and technicians are all very friendly, honest and helpful. Would absolutely recommend anyone who needs help with pain management, contact this office.
