I called for an emergency appointment while visiting Palm Springs and I told them precisely what was wrong. They told me to come in and when I met the dentist, he stuck his finger in my mouth, said it looks fine and that they don't have the tools in the practice to fix the problem anyway.
$100 bucks gone for 1 minute of time when it should've already been known when I called the office that they would be unable to do anything.

Dr. Abe is so rude and gave me anxiety. He performed my root canals and he was upset with me because I was terrified of having any dental work, I have a phobia of the dentist. I was crying and scared and he looked at me and said "Then just go home!!" I was so scared but I stayed because I didn't want to be in pain anymore. Because my nerves were so bad, I could feel pain in my tooth, he had to continue giving anesthesia shots. Weeks later I had puncture wounds all over my gums because of him, they were so painful. Immediately after my root canals I was brought forms to start the process of purchasing 3,000 dollar a piece crowns, of course straight to money, and no compassion what's so ever. I went home with pain weeks later, come to find out Dr.Abe had cracked one of my fillings while performing my root canal! Now I had to get another root canal! Thank God Dr.Juarez performed my root canal, she was such a blessing. Dr. Juarez was so gentle and compassionate and I didn't feel a thing during my procedure. Shortly after I felt alil pain after my root canal once I'd drink anything cold, so I made apt to see her just to make sure I had no lingering infection. To my surprise they booked me with Dr Abe to assess my tooth. Immediately he scolded me on my crowns they I got done in Mexicali. He was mad I didn't give him 3,000 dollars per tooth. I told him "sir I'm here to talk about the tooth you cracked and had to get a root canal on by Dr Juarez, I'm feeling pain is that normal?" He continued to bash my crowns and say they were done improperly. I continued to say I'm not here to talk about my crowns I'm here to make sure that I don't have an infection on the treated tooth. Finally he pointed at the xray and said there is no infection, but he was so rude, almost yelling at me. I even had to ask "Am I in trouble?" To which the dental assistant said "no". Dr. Abe is awful and I don't ever want him to work on my teeth, it's bad enough that I suffer from this phobia, it's dentist like him that make me have this phobia.

Great service! They are very kind and considerate! I had a deep cleaning by Jessica and some fillings by the doctor and his assistant, Kevin. They all were very reassuring and helped me relax. I do not like going to the dentist. AT ALL! But I will come back here to continue my teeth routine.

WORST PLACE EVER STAFFED IS VERY RUDE THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR SERVICES AND WORST LIE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU ACTUALLY OWE THEM AND YOU END UP PAYING MORE THAN WHAT YOU WERE THERE FOR I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE LAST DENTAL PLACE ON EARTH THEY ARE NOT PROFFESSIONALS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE JUST GETTING PAID

I love coming here. The Dentists are so knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. They take their time to answer any questions you have and are very professional. I highly recommend them!
