Highly disorganized, unprofessional and disappointing staff, I had an appointment here at 5pm, they tried to lie that i never had an appointment but i had a call with them at 4:30pm logged on my phone and even got directions to their location. i came in early around 440-445, gave them my name when i entered and they acted as tho they recognized my appointment and handed me their ipad to fill out their new patient info which i did. i then waited another 20 min now total 30min, while they didn't even call to check my insurance and told me its not covered. Had they told me sooner i would have left right away. then i check my records when i come home and realize it was the right number and location so i called Aetna. they checked and said it was in network and the the provider had made a mistake but in the 3 way call, they kept claiming they did check and call even tho it was nowhere in the record that they did. Laura is were unprofessional, kept lying to hide their mistake and when i asked who was the name of the person at the front desk, she kept saying my name is Laura, acting dumb and trying not to answer the name was Michelle. Treating people like they are deaf doesn't make you look any better. actually shows how immature you are. i was looking for them to acknowledge they made a mistake and apologize for wasting my time. but they were mostly in denial trying to cover things up. total thumbs down
