STAY AWAY!..The absolute worst service ever experienced, no Customer Service, Hospitality or even a genuine interest to help customers...Patients...or any Humanity. From the minute you walk in, you have already fell victim to them. DO NOT bring your Kids to them not even your worst enemy. They are claimed to be a Pediatric Optomotrists.... They are not suited to serve any Civilians. Let alone children, Elderly or even their Own Family. There is a Decidedly Discrepancy if Fair Employment; as most all workers were of one Demographic Group, aside from the Doctor Himself. Quite a shame in this day in age. We brought our son in, who has a Disability and we were completely appalled by the utter nonchalance and quite frankly , the disrespect delivered. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as The Medical Board. A REVIEW will be posted on Yelp, further Very unsatisfied posts on Social Media!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself or your loved ones, or any other human for that matter...

I want to thank Dr. Hecht & his staff. I had a stye in my right eye & was able to resolve that easily. But about 2 weeks later my left eye started to swell & I assumed it was another stye so I started compresses and found after a few days of was just getting worse and very painful. I called around trying to get in to a dr as soon as possible and everyone was completely booked. I was desperate so I went to my local Costco optical in Inglewood to see if they could see me. The receptionist gave me Dr. Hecht's card. I called right away. Explained what was going on. The receptionist offered to squeeze me in if I came in at a certain time she did warn me that I may have to wait a little bit. I was very grateful, I went in and only waited about a little more than an hour. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. He Dr Hecht is very professional & thorough. He determines what the issue was prescribed meds& thankfully I'm doing much better. I want to thank Dr. Hecht & all of his staff for a pleasant experience.

I went to Dr Hecht for years he would do laser surgery every week on my two eyes. I found out later that I didn't need them. He is out for himself not for his patients. It's all about money. He is a horrible person.I wish I could tell my whole story but this is too limited. I would never recommend this man to anyone, beware stay away.
