Reading the reviews here it seems like this is a love it or hate it place. My experience is this that this is FIRST CLASS MEDICAL SERVICE, with an asterisk. The care here is great. Every interaction with any member of a care team, and I would like to particularly mention and thank Shelley Heiman an RT, has been first class. The asterisk: scheduling and calling is a hassle. It should not be that hard to make an appointment or get feedback on an issue. If you are a member of their 365 Care program it is better once you have a primary, but not everyone can afford that program. Just pointing out, for the administration, it does not seem that the lower level staff cares a whole lot. It is a general issue across Eisenhower's facilities: non-care staff is not engaged in customer care. AT ALL. Get past that, a great level of medical care.

With the understanding we all have different expectations & experiences. huge shortage of doctors in an area that populations quintuples in high season... I have been coming to this group since 2004 , I believe. I think it is the best run medical office. Appointments are kept on time, personnel polite & attentive. Knowledgeable professionals. Sure hope I will never have to take back my compliments.

Dr Lester Padilla is absolutely marvelous. Very personable in a professional manner. Aggressive in diagnosing and solving problems as well as acute attention to symptoms. Yet conservative to balance the two. I was a RN for 40 yrs before retiring and I’m very picky when it comes to the Dr’s I have. I won’t give him up by choosing a different healthcare plan. So glad he isn’t my age and close to retirement himself. I’m leased with him as my Cardiologist.

I have one very general question and have been transferred 5 times and am now going on 10 mins of being on hold. The first 3 transfers eventually got me to a voicemail so I called back and said “I’m just trying to ask a general question” and she very abruptly said “we just opened 4 mins ago!” So I guess you can’t ask questions in the first 4 mins. Seems like a very incompetent office staff.

I can’t say whether or not these professionals are good at what they do because I can’t get anyone to return my call. It took my husband nearly two months to finally get someone to actually schedule an appointment. I’ve also called for myself and have left an urgent message with the “new patient scheduler” and have not received a return call. What kind of health care service is this place that they direct incoming calls to voicemail then never return the damn calls? I’ve read the reviews here and see that this is a common issue. It’s disgraceful.
