The PA couldn't give me a clear diagnosis. I have a high pain tolerance so once I have pain it's something to be concerned with. But I was on vacation, took pain reliever and she made me feel like there was nothing wrong with me. However, she prescribed an antibiotic to treat what "could" be the issue and it was useless. I'm happy to have returned home and have seen my primary who has sent me for an ultrasound. I have a severe UTI. The PA seemed to be in training. Perhaps a doctor should have come in since she wasn't able to diagnose my issue.

The back of house staff is fine, but the poor rating is for whoever I spoke to. I had called the clinic just now about something wrong with my chart, and the first lady who answered the phone was polite and professional, but she couldn't help me and had to transfer me to someone else. This person sounded bored, which isn't good customer service, and was flat out rude to me and trying to argue with information I was providing her about the situation. So rude. I am a Patient Service Representative at another local clinic and I would never speak to a patient with the attitude and tone this lady gave me.

My husband went to this clinic 1 hour after I was diagnosed with flu type A. He told the clinic I had tested positive. The PA said that she didn't think he had the flu, never tested him. My husband came home, went to my clinic, within the hour and tested positive for type A. When they did a follow up call the next day to see how he was I told them that he had the flu and that their service was "crappy." After receiving a bill for their service and calling them to ask for a no charge since my husband had the flu and had to go to another clinic, I felt the charges should be dropped. Just got another bill saying they would turn it over to a bill collector. First time my husband and I have EVER received this type of a threat. I will call his insurance and tell them what happened.

Came here early one morning without an appointment to be treated for something that was a bit urgent that I needed to be taken care of. They got me signed up to be registered with their fascility very quickly and scheduled for a same day appointment even though I don't have insurance! I was billed in the mail and had to pay it off within 60 days, but didn't have to pay anything up front!

Outstanding care. Dr Fonken is kind and compassionate as well as extremely knowledgeable. The staff is also very pleasant and friendly.
