I saw Dr. Joshua Frank in the Norwalk office for an injury that recently occurred. I like how he explained what he was testing for when he did each movement with my arm. It gave me a sense of relief - knowing issues were being ruled out. As he went through each testing movement, I could feel my concern easing up. I also like seeing my digital x-rays with the doctor. Instant visual proof of the condition! I went in terrified, and came out understanding what happened, and what I needed to do for it. That sense of calm is priceless! Staff is very nice, and helpful. The office is larger than it seems outside the building. Great parking. I highly recommend it.

The receptionist in this office are horrible. one was on a personal call and didn’t even apologies for the wait. And the others are not friendly. It’s been a week and we have not got as call back from a message we left in person and over the phone. The doctors are nice and helpful once you get to see them.

Have been couple of times in this location. There is nothing friendly at this office.The reception girls act like they are doing you a favor for being there and making you wait. Even when there is no one else there they make you wait.I haven't seen a single doctor that had time for you. They are just no friendly at this office. Tip of the iceberg is when the collection agency calls. After calling directly the Coastal's billing and confirming my address they said they had sent me invoice 12 times. Now, how could i miss them all? Do yourself a favor and go to another office where they treat you like a human being.

The doctors are decent here, however, their business side of things is absolutely miserable. It's almost impossible to talk to a person in billing and it's a challenge and a half just to pay your bill. They billed me THREE times for the same service, of which the first time I paid via their phone system and it didn't go through on their end. The second time I paid via credit card after waiting on hold for waaaay too long. Then they billed me a third time for the bill I had already paid. And then to top things off, they reported their "unpaid" invoice to a debt collector 4 MONTHS after the invoice was already taken care of. Will never use this office again.

Called to make an appointment...waited 10 minutes to speak with a receptionist and then got disconnected!
