Bad patient care and no follow up to patient in crisis after hormone pellet injection reaction. I have been bleeding since two weeks after my pellets were placed. I have called and emailed asking to converse with the Doctor. He has never directly responded. I am now seeking another professional and testing. However, the new doctor states that the bleeding and upset may be due to the fact that last set of pellets suddenly contained estrogen and prescribed progesterone compound orally. All the while knowing that I have a history of breast cancer and should not take estrogen. All my previous treatments were testosterone only. Hmmm what do you think

They DO have terrible patient follow-up. You will NEVER get a reply back and after I had contacted them about my number change, I still heard nothing about my pellet insertion appt so had to reschedule. I am currently looking for another doctor. This place is horrible. The hours are unheard of also. They close at noon most days. Ridiculous!!
