I went to the office 3 weeks ago to get in to see someone. I am new to the area and they said they were taking new patients. I did my paperwork in my car then handed it in. I have not even recieved one call from them. I dont know how professional of a place this is. When I called to check on things, I was rushed off the phone after whoever the women was that answered the phone told me, "Someone will call you". Still nothing! I am very disappointed so far.

I can’t say enough about Sussex Pain.They have been wonderful to me.Dr.Anthony ,PA.,nurses,staff . I have even been to Newark,Milford ,Salisbury,Md and there is not one that helped me except Sussex Pain Management. I would recommend them highly 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I recently relocated to Delaware and found Dr. Antony. My records were transferred quickly and I have had two procedures in my lower back; spinal ablation. The procedure is scary and uncomfortable for me but Dr. Antony and her staff have been caring and understanding. They have made my experience tolerable and I leave feeling confident of her ability to help my pain.

I left a raving review for this place after my first 40 days with them. I was thrilled to finally be close to pain free, thanks to One epidural shot.
However, soon after that when my epidural wore off & I was back in pain, I began to completely understand why there are so many terrible reviews.
They don't care about patients at all in this clinic. In all seriousness I don't know how they are still open. I was dropped by them because I did my excursises at home instead of in a germ filled physical therapy office.
I mean we are dealing with a pandemic right now. Some of us can't take the chances that healthy people can. The patient Coordinator is probably the worst I've ever seen. She shouldn't be involved with patients at all.
Dr. Anthony is all I've read negative reviews on. Maybe the other Drs aren't as bad.
All I can say is be prepared for anything if you decide to look for pain relief in these uncaring individuals.
