I had a lot of anxiety about PT, i went in for a complimentary consultation and Katlyn was awesome. She made me feel so much better and i will definitely be going to Physical Therapy here. So thankful for her!

Quite honestly, I dreaded knee replacement surgery but I think I dreaded physical therapy even more! When making a decision about where to go for therapy, there were considerations to factor in that I really hadn't given much thought to. Of course I was concerned about the type and quality of the therapy but there was also concern about how will I get there three times a week to be able to take advantage of the next step of recovery. Someone made a suggestion that I should check into the services of Nova Care. I also received a strong endorsement for the the therapist Holly Firuto. That's been one of the best decisions I've ever made!
Holly is very attuned to individual needs, designing a program taylored specifically for me. She works side my side with you through this process giving you the one on one experience that is designed for you. She challenges me; one milestone at a time making my recovery her goal, too.
