First time patient, and to my surprise, I arrived to a full office and patients complaining about the wait time . I checked in, and after an hour wait, realized why the complaints. My appointment was.st 4:30, arrived at 4 as requested due to being a new patient. I was able to see the doc at 6pm. 2 hours wait time in a room full of people during a.pandeic , is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. NOW Doc. Craig was amazing , which made me feel my time was worth it ! Very knowledgeable, and detailed. It's really not fair to him how front desk handles the practice . He is top notch !! I would have rated 5 stars if not for the overbooking and long wait times.

Dr. Paul treated my recurring athlete's foot and bunions. He listened to me, examined me and explained the treatment. Really great experience. Thank you

Everyone is very respectful and pleasant to speak with. Sometime there can be long waits from time to time but it seems like the Dr. and Nurses just take the time to care for the patients that they are with and since that is what I'm there for I can appreciate that.

Dr Paul is great at putting his patient (my wife) at ease and seems to be an excellent doctor, but his office is the very worst office I have ever dealt with in medicine. The doctor's staff claim the problem is with the corporate phone system but the result is that you cannot call his office and get an answer unless there is a green moon and the witches are giving free beer. My wife and I left a series of messages trying to get medical information and the visiting nurses left a series of messages trying to get orders; all to no avail. Absolutely no response. When I went to the office to talk to them face to face I asked them for a phone number that would be answered and they would not give me one. The doctor went on vacation and there was no backup for him -- only his staff who did not have the authority to help my wife. This is what you get when a corporation runs a hospital and cannot even provide a phone that works or a backup doctor. I have never heard of a doctor not having a fellow doctor available in case of need. The stars for the doctor would have been at least 4. The staff is pleasant when you can see or talk with them and they are professional. O and the missing messages. When I went to the office they read to me the many messages from the persons who had called on our behalf so somehow they are being informed of people calling...they just aren't responding.
