Worst pain management appointment and experience ever!
I was charged as a first time patient 300$, and nothing no urine, no exam, no mri was done as if I was a first time patient, beings I was seen a few months prior I guess they just wanted a fast cash collection from a patient they knew they could not help. I have been perscribed 120 15mg oxy, probably due to the fact I am allergic to Tylenol, and the fact I am in a wheelchair due to AVN in my hips. These people knew of such information, and after excepting my 300$ told me they will try to write something close if not better because of my pain level. After that it took 4 days of calling back an fourth hunting down this prescription they wrote, with no clue of what was written. The first script written was send to North Carolina , still to this day I do not understand why. Then it took three days to fix the location of the script, by the time I located this script, it was 4 almost 5 days of being sick from being dependent on this medication, and I then found out I was written 90 10/325, almost half of what I have been perscribed the past 4 months prior. So it was all pretty much a scam to receive my 300$ an say they did something so they did not have to give me my money back witch I asked for the first three days prior, after being very unhappy an I voiced this for 3 days......so I'm writting this a second time, because it seems they removed my first review I guess hiding what truly happen an what they do to patient's they can not help. Instead of saying we can not match your prior doctor an giving my money back, they sold me a dream an had me wait almost a week for something that I am allergic too

Most horrible pain management in south Florida. My experience went like this.
I was charged for first time patient 300$
I had no exam, no urine , no mri. All because I have been here a few months prior . I have AVN , I was due for surgery at the end of the month. In my prior folder they can see what I have an how bad it is, and that I am allergic to Tylenol and have been prescribed oxy 15 at 120 a month, for the past 5 months for my chronic pain, that currently has me in a wheelchair for travel. My first day I was told she will try to get my meds to me ASAP. 4 days later back an forth with the office I finally get an answer. After sending them first to North Carolina for a day, they had to be canceled, an sent back witch took another day with no call back . The days sick almost broke me it hurt so bad, but I did not break an on the fourth day, they sent 90 Percocet 10/325 witch is full of Tylenol, witch makes any sick in them amounts . So I guess they took me as a dope fiend? An told me go ahead go fetch the little bit we gave you, just to collect your 300$ big joke these people... an I made an account to make this comment but it’s my real name an anybody trying to get help from these people, they are a joke, they do not understand opiets as a medicine an should not be prescribing such a medicine. It is strong an it hurts coming off, specially when a doctor’s office is purposely playing games with you as a patient. No refund

Been going there for about a year now and so for so good, I haven't had any problems with any of the nurses, or the doctor and that's suprizing in this pain management system. Just wish they would handle the phone a little better, that's all.

The doctor is very thorough and takes the time to educate the patient about his visit. It is a comfortable atmosphere and easy to talk to everyone in the office. There's not a single complaint that I can have about this office. Everyone is quite courteous to me.

I always enjoy every visit to the clinic and I never wait to be seen by the doctor. The office staff are kind and always take care of my medical needs. I would recommend all of my family and friends to come to this clinic. This place is amazing!
