Seen almost on time each appointment. The frustrating thing about appointment time is they request that you be there 30 minutes before hand yet THEY don't see you to fill out those so called forms until the actual appointment time.
So, you end up sitting there in that cool lobby for 30 minutes waiting impatiently!
I DON'T understand what the coming 30 minutes early is for if they're NOT ready to see you earlier to fill out those forms!
You're wasting everyone's time which is valuable to us!!
