I have been a patient at Midwest Physical Therapy for 5+ years and cannot say enough good things about the care that I have received there. The whole staff is wonderful, from Sharon and Julie in the front office to the student helpers and the PTs. The clinic is small, which means that it has a more personal feel and there are no PT aides or assistants so you get a lot more time with the actual PT than at other clinics. I have only ever seen Nancy and she is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me with an injury that had been previously misdiagnosed for 8 years. I saw another review on here that said that the communication was not good but I find that to be completely untrue. The day before an appointment I have always gotten a reminder phone call and they give you a wallet card when you go in that also reminds of your upcoming appointments. It has always been easy for me to get an appointment, usually within a few days of when I call and sometimes the next day. There is a call list that you can join to help move your appointment up if there is a cancellation.

I would recommend Midwest Physical Therapy and their incredibly talented team of therapists and staff to anyone needing rehabilitation. Midwest PT has always treated me like a member of their family. They go the extra mile to accommodate early morning and late afternoon hours, and in many cases had same day or next day appointments when I was in pain. Jim and Nancy are two of the hardest working and caring people in our community and we are fortunate to have them as healthcare providers. You can go to a “big box” therapy clinic where they treat you like a number and you largely are treated by an aid, or you can go see the team at Midwest PT, where they will treat you with the utmost care and concern for your wellbeing. Thanks for all you have done for me Midwest PT!

I have a variety of old sports-related injuries, several of which have caused over ten years of chronic, daily pain. I have tried every treatment I could find, including: P.T., massage, muscle activation, acupuncture, meditation, salt floating, chiropractic, Reiki, you name it. It was not until I found Nancy at Midwest Physical Therapy that I began to get real relief and a solution to my problem. She is an expert at dry needling and has reduced my pain and issues by about 95% to date. I am continuing to do physical therapy and needling with her as needed to address the last 5%, and I cannot thank her enough. I have also had the opportunity to work with Jim when Nancy was out of town, and he was also outstanding. The dry needling techniques they employ, coupled with the exercises I've learned, have significantly improved my quality of life. If you suffer from pain, don't hesitate to give them a try!

I needed a physical therapist who would commit to getting me through my injury and running again. Jim was that therapist! He listened and problem solved with me, and I could tell he was invested in my healing. Also loved the kindness and helpfulness of the office staff!

Midwest Physical Therapy has been my therapist for 12 years. They're the best!. Through back injuries, two complete knee replacements, and the woes of arthritis, they have kept me upright and moving. I recommend them to everyone.
