Everyone is friendly & professional. Didn't have to wait but maybe 15 minutes by technician who did eye test & gave me drops to dilate my eyes. Doctor examined my eyes. I asked if I can be checked for pigmentary maculopathy & doctor said I am checked every year. That was good to know since I take a medication that can cause it. I had to wait to be fitted for glasses maybe 20 minutes. Optician is very friendly & very helpful. She helped find certain kinds of frames. Frameless & some with frame that were lightweight. If I'm not satisfied, there is a 60 day return option.
