Scheduling is a joke. Who cares that I’ve spent months in excruciating pain with tests and injections to finally get a referral for pain management. I schedule an appointment and the day before appointment I call to confirm and am told no we don’t make appointments that early. We can’t schedule you now. How unprofessional inconsiderate is that? Yes Amanda said I’m sorry but that isn’t enough. If you don’t see patients that early that should have been communicated weeks ago. I guarantee if she was in the pain I am it would have been a different conversation.

I read up on a lot of reviews of Dr. Landrum before my first appointment and they have all proven to be accurate. Dr. Landrum doesn’t talk down to me like other doctors have in the past. He listens and really knows his stuff. He takes his time with you, to make sure all of your questions are answered and treats you as an equal, as your partner in figuring out how to address your pain. He also uses apps and the latest tech to communicate with patients and to keep track of what you’re experiencing, which I love. (I’m a tech nerd)
He is also extremely kind and is quick to respond when you have questions. The name of the practice sums it up quite well. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, too. His office is always super clean and comfortable, especially the nice chairs in the exam rooms. I highly recommended him, and I wish my other doctors were half as good as he is.

Doctor Landrum and his team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
I couldn’t ask for better people to do the job with caring for me and my needs as a patient.
I am so truly grateful and definitely recommend!!

Great experience Dr Orlando is a great Doctor he listen to his patient with their concerns and fears.He explains so one can completely understand and answer all question that you may have.He is very patience cause I have asked him the same questions 4 times or more lol, and he still answers me with respect.The staff is wonderful their kind,patience,helpful and courteous.Their tech is great as well he’s courtesy, knowledge, patience, kind, over all its a great place to go if you have chronic pain of any kind. Blessed to have this team of professionals taking care of me.

I lived for 6 years of excruciating pain because of the back, He carefully looked at my MRI when everyone else I had given up on me. He figured out what was wrong reviewed the MRI with me and did a couple of diagnostic procedures then got the Medial Branch ablation and my life has never been the same. I am pain-free for the 1st time in 6 years.
His team is just amazing. So caring attentive. I am so thankful for giving me my life back. Heather & Amanda are simply the best. The team that held my hands during the procedure, You are amazing. Merry Christmas and Happy new 2021 to you all!!!
