Lost insurance because of lost job due to Covid, informed Dr.Smeltz's nurse and after some phone conversations they called back to inform myself and my husband that they are dropping us and no longer providing medical care. Only driven by money NOT care for their patients. My husband has no way to fill his blood pressure medication and they don't care.

The one star represents Laura, the nurse in the back. She was rude on the phone, showed no compassion and made me feel I was wasting her time. The rest of the staff and Dr. Morris are always nice.
